These came out in the 60's and 70's to retell the classic William Tell legend. This set features William shooting an apple from his son's head with his wife nervously looking on as well as 3 of his peasant fighters taking on the Swiss nobility and their knights.The knights blend seamlessly with others from Spanish procucers Reamsa and Jecsan and are in perfect scale and color to match with Marx. I've used the peasants to go with Conte Saxon peasants or Spartacus peasant fighters, again in perfect scale. A different and useful set.
