Included in this set are long, 5/8” harness leather split reins, with heavy ends. Reins are marked Dutton and have a nice feel / response with this bit. A flat chain curb strap with harness leather ends is also included. The curb strap attaches to the bit and ensures that the bit remains in place and pressure is applied to the horse's chin when cues are administered, thus encouraging your horse to give to pressure and not brace against the bit. This bridle set is a nice "all around" working tack set. This bit will meet the needs for a lot of horse's and rider's. The leather tack accompanying the bit is made of premium harness leather and marked Dutton. The bit tie ends, are looped three times for additional security.
