Description: This is an RF modulator replacement for the Commodore 64C or 128. It is NOT for the Commodore 64 “bread bin” (longboard) style computers! It will only fit the 250469 main board (short board) or a Commodore 128. This is an excellent replacement that adds S-Video and does a great job cleaning up the video output. The onboard composite video connector will still work with this mod in place, unless the black jumper is removed. Only quality, name brand components were used in the assembly of this board. No cheap components from overseas!!! Please be aware that it does require the removal of the existing RF modulator to install. This is an item that requires desoldering and soldering skills. I take no responsibility for any damage caused by the removal of the old modulator and the installation of this mod. This new version of the board has an optional 100nF ceramic capacitor for fixing jailbars on the C128. The capacitor is only needed if jailbars are experienced after install. I have included the unsoldered component in case it is needed.
