This lure is new in the box and the plastic cover has some surface scratching over time but lure is new and cardboard is excellent. I think some of the automobile lenses refresher paste could perk the plastic up but best try it on a non-collectible box top first. Still a great fishing lure if you just want a SD Shad Rap.
