Colonial Premier MCM Vintage Brass Metal Table Lamps Set w Diffusers & Shades

Description: This listing is for a Set of 2 Mid Century Modern "Colonial Premier" Brass Metal Table Lamps with Diffusers & Shades. At the socket, these are stickered "Colonial Premier" though the stickers show ware. Each lamp takes a regular sized bulb and including the diffuser stand 30 inches tall. The lamp by itself is 7 5/8 inches across the base. Glass diffuser measures 6 inches tall and is 8 inches across the open rim. One of these diffusers does fit very tight in to the rim. It has to be forced in. Each Lamp shade is a heavy paper type material with a cloth or string basketweave pattern around the outside and measures 15 3/4 inches across the rim, is 9 5/8 inches tall. The lamp base on each does show light tarnish, spots and ware. I have not tried to clean or polish this, I left them as I found them. Each is otherwise in great shape and works perfectly. There is string around the framing of one lamp shade' top rim. I believe the accent rim came loose and someone put the string there to secure it but it does not appear to be loose that I can feel around this edge at all so it is only a guess why it is there. This is how they came to me. Light ware from time and use but this is a Spectacular set is very good condition. See pics. The Fine Print: I do not accept returns.
