(There are occasions where the laser manufacturer’s specs differ from the rating given by the manufacturer of your machine. We can only promise the output guaranteed by the original manufacturer.) All cavity optics, alignment and cleanliness will be checked as part of the process. Our typical lead time on most lasers is roughly 2 weeks (subject to workload, individual job complexities, and any spare parts required). The vast majority of the lasers that arrive simply need recharges. Note*** Please use eBay messaging system. Asking us for direct contact details is a violation of eBay policy. Once a purchase is made we will provide all contact information. Please box your lasers rolled in bubble wrap. Please no peanuts or rigid foam; it just jams up in cooling fins and optics. Please include a copy of your eBay transaction PLUS YOUR EMAIL so that we will have all of your contact details. We support nearly all domestic RF CO2 laser brands/models, and some foreign as well. The name on your machine may not match the name on your laser tube/system. We can help you figure out what laser you have. We offer additional repairs services on some lasers, such as electronics repair, mirror replacement (remanufacture), tube replacement. If you have a multi piece laser system with a separate rf power supply, we strongly recommend sending the tube, power supply and cabling to test your whole system. In many cases this is NOT a requirement. However, we are not responsible for lasers that underperform after recharging if we have not tested the whole system.
