Description: Coalport Cobalt & Raised Gold Scrollwork 9 Inch Dinner Plate Circa 1891 - 1920 D Beautiful porcelain bone china dinner plate. Decorated with a wide border of cobalt blue with gold floral scrollwork overlay and raised and beaded floral scrollwork along either side of the cobalt. Gold scrollwork designs over the wide around the border and gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom England Coalport AD 1750 with a crown. This mark was used between 1891 and 1920. Marked with the pattern number Z976. Also has an importer/retailer mark for Gilman Collamore New York. Has usage wear to the center and some wear to the gilding, but no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
