Leather is super soft and is in excellent shape. Inside is clean except pen marks which are located in the pen organizer of the bag. Multiple pockets inside and out. Strap drop is 52 inches and adjustable to 42 inches. Inside is large enough for a large laptop, iPad, and other items. Since it is soft it can also accommodate an overnight (clothes etc). Comes from smoke free home. Leather is in excellent shape The strap has some wear that adds character to the bag. There is no discoloration or outside staining on the bag.
