Description: Pelikan M1000 Tahiti Artist Proof Fountain Pen - #000/100 - (NO BOX) The LB4 Tahiti maki-e series was launched in 2008. All 25 pieces on the Parker Duofold and part of the 25 pieces on the Classic Pens Legend were created by the Master Tatsuya Tōdō, and sold. Andreas Lambrou relocated back to the UK in 2010, to write the book Fountain Pens of Japan. The remaining LB4 Legend blanks were stored until his return to the USA in 2013. They have now been created by Tatsuya Tōdō with technical enhancements, as an improved Tahiti maki-e series. Our listing is for a rare Pelikan Artist Proof version of the Classic LB4 Tahiti, also made by Tatsuya Todo. Ours is new and unused. Although it does not have its packaging and documents, we will include a leather pen sleeve with its purchase! We do our best to present the quality of our products via our photographs.
