Nicely done cartoon with caption in white ink on black background of "Bud" Rock, noting he played tackle on the Carnegie Highschool (we assume Carnegie, PA, a small Allegheny County town several miles SW of Pittsburgh) in 1934-36 and that he won a scholarship to Massanutten Military School "and has made good there." On the left, we learn that Rock "was considered the strong point in the locals line. No matter how much interference Merle would get his man..."
