Description: Recovered in the Shenandoah Valley by a digger in the 1970s. This is from a small collection I got from the deceased diggers sister. Included are buttons, bullets, knapsack hooks, part of a bullet extractor, and a bayonet tip. I turned all the pieces over so you could see the overall condition of each piece. The NY button has a push and bent shank. There is a Savage Pistol bullet, but is damaged on one side. There is a Spencer Carbine casing as well.
