He is holding a bag of toys.The third one is marked 1903 Russia and is approx. 6 inches in height.He is wearing a gold coat, trimmed with white fur with red undergarment and is holding a toy pony on a stick and a sailboat.Each have a label marked Made in China.All three also have wire hanger for hanging. These were sold each year in the mid-century. People collected them over time.These are from a German estate and a great reminder of Old World European Christmas past.
