Rough-out is real leather that is turned inside out to provide a stylish suede look. These are very well made and durable boots from a reputable Texas company and made in Mexico by the very best boot makers. Overall, the boots are in great used condition with a lot of life left in them. Please take a look at the photos. You will see some minor staining from blue jean dye transfer and some minor scuffs from normal use. The shafts and heel are sturdy and the soles are fully intact.
