These shoes are in good condition! They are gently worn and have been well taken care of. They have some signs of wear due to normal use, such as some scuffing to the heel caps as well as very slight marks in a few spots. The insides of the shoes have some areas that have yellowed where the glue used to attach the insole to the body of the shoes, has aged and yellowed over time. This is a natural thing that happens to adhesives due to oxidation over time. This area of the shoes does not show while you are wearing them.
