Description: This beautiful child sized rocking chair is antique and painted pink. It is perfect for any room in the house. The chair is fully assembled and appears to be handmade in the 1950's. It is made with wood and wicker material. The rocking chair is suitable for indoor use only and has a seat depth of 12 inches, seat height of 9 inches, and armrest height of 6.5 inches. It has a backrest height of 16 inches. The chair is 25 inches tall, the rockers are about 22 inches long, and it is about 14.5 inches wide, overall. These measurements are not perfect but close, please see photos. The chair has a unique style that reflects the Arts & Crafts Movement. I believe it was made by hand in or before the year 1954. It is an authentic antique piece with original patina. It appears to have been painted pink over red over blue sometime in its life, please see photos! Written in pencil on the underside of the seat is the message: "BARDE GAVE COOPER, MAY 1954" There's a tare in the seat, on the left side, this should not be a problem to use as is if a seat pillow is added. It is a perfect heirloom display piece as is. It still has a lot of life left in it if the winning buyer would like to refurbish it for the next generation to use!
