RC2 Brands purchased Playing Mantis and the Johnny Lightning™ Brand was bought and sold a few times and is now licensed by Round 2 autoworld. We suspect this is because the USPS takes Postal Fraud very seriously as under United States Code 18 Section 1708, federal mail theft and fraud is a felony punishable by up to five years in federal prison and fines of up to $250,000.
