All signatures are in excellent condition! The signed item shown in this listing is the actual item that you will receive. The CD IS included along with the signed insert card. Shipping is $4.50 in the contiguous U.S. All others pay actual shipping. Payment Terms are: Visa and Master Card (THROUGH Pay-Pal).
