Alongside this she undertakes postgraduate teaching and supervises doctoral students. Adopting feminist and critical perspectives she explores issues of gender, equity and power in her research and teaching. She recently led a project to tackle sexism, gender stereotypes and un-conscious bias in teaching and learning.
