They were all sent through the mail by PSA and a majority of them have folds right down the middle from the mail man putting mail in the middle of the crease and using it like an envelope, heavy corner bends and even tears. This is a beautiful 9.4 CGC copy. I was fully expecting a 9.6, due to the near flawless condition, but we got the 9.4! It looks incredible! Zoom in for yourself and look closely. The front cover is stunning, to say the least. Nice low serial number as well. # 45 out of 1,000, which is printed on the back. There is only one magazine graded higher, at a 9.6. There's only one other 9.4 as well, but has condition issues of the front cover. This is the 2nd best copy in the entire world! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS GEM!Unlike the TIME Magazine Pokemon covers where they printed millions of them, there are only 1,000 of these magazines in the ENTIRE WORLD! Only 3 of which are 9.4 or higher. The only reason I was even able to get a 9.4, was because my mail man respects magazines and doesn't fold them and I met him at the mail box that day, before it could get shoved into the mailbox and get corner crushed.
