Description: Cereus peruvianus monstrosus aka "Curiosity Cactus" is a great plant that is VERY easy to grow. It will also take full sun and heat with no problem at all. It is cold hardy to about 20F. This is the SEMI-monstrose version, which doesn't get as many nodules as the full monstrose plant, but does bloom quite a bit more, and grows much faster. It does have large white flowers when it blooms. These vary from blue to blue-green to green. These will make nice large columnar clumps. The cutting you receive will be 12" tall, or taller. You will receive a cutting similar to what is shown in the pictures. These are SUPER easy to root. Just place it in a semi-shaded location for a couple of weeks, then pot up in cactus mix. In 6 to 8 weeks, water thoroughly. We guarantee these to root, because they really are that easy! I normally sell these as rooted plants for $24.99, plus shipping.
