Description: Celluloid Tin Photograph, 4" diameter, round, with original chain for hanging. The back of the photo has circular embossing that says: "Made by Cruver Mfg Co, Chicago." There is something also in the middle of the circular embossing, but I can't make it out. Great piece for collectors of Scranton, Pa history, or family genealogy history for those that lived in Scranton, Pa. ---Written on the bottom of the photo, embedded with the picture: "Jefferson Avenue From Mulberry St, Scranton, Pa." Under that, in smaller letters: "Cruver Mfg Co, Chicago, U.S.A." ---Wonderful details to the picture! 2 ladies in white dresses to the ground, white hats, and a man walking beside them, and they are walking left towards a multi-story building with 3 white Grecian or Roman columns. Looking down the avenue, there appears to be horse-drawn wagons, and maybe a monument at the end of the street. There are homes on either side of the tree-lined street, and the tree canopies are tinted green.
