The background is not painted and is a light beige sand color. The dimensions are 5 inch Tall and 8 1/2 inch width 1/4 inch thick. The finish of this piece is rough with rough edges. The Wall Art was bought in St. Pete's Beach street fair so not sure who actually did the piece but it is signed in initials. This piece is listed as used because of the age (It was bought on vacation). The hook on the back is flat against the plaque but it never was on the wall.
