My guess is they didn't handle it themselves since it doesn't have the accessories ONLY has the unit, the power cable and original box. Item powers on, and buttons seem to all work, and it makes the proper shuffling noise but the item was otherwise untested. If there are FUNCTIONAL issues only then I'll deal with returns etc, but I'm here to make you pleased if there are other issues. The plastic is still on the display! My guess is someone bought this to take out the accessories and then returned it. Anyway, it's a great deal versus the untouched price. Check out my other listings.
