Carrera Digital 132 Mercedes F1 W08 EQ Power "L.Hamilton, No.44" w/Ortmann tires

Description: LOWEST PRICE FOR THIS EXCELLENT PERFORMER!I bought this car from an ebay seller. It was missing the tires and front spoiler, the body was covered with decals, and the rear wing was painted with red tempura paint. The car was tested, then disassembled for inspection. The decals were removed which left paint pulls behind, and the tempura paint proved impossible to remove, so, I ordered a brand new body and rear spoiler from a Great Britain eBay seller and replaced also the missing front wing. The rear axle was fitted with a set of Ortmann polyurethane tires from a seller in Germany. The front tires are factory fresh Carrera P-Zero Pirellis. In the spare parts compartment are the matching rear P-Zeros. The P-Zeros are take-offs from my own W08. The Ortmann polyurethane rear tires, as well as the added P-Zero rear tires are trued to the axle. The car came equipped with the newest 26740 Carrera D132 decoder that has been thoroughly tested through all modes. the restoration was topped off with a new guide keel and contact brushes. There are other F1s listed online that are new, in fact, other new W08 #44 cars. They vary in price from 140.00 to 200.00 and beyond, and there are some used ones as well, but this car, like all cars I sell, is ready to hit the track. Given that the upgrades have already been done, for the price, based on what's out there, this car is your best bet for dollar-to-performance-value, on the track directly out of the box. The display case comes with the correct nameplate for the car but is not original to the car. So if you are buying the car for collector purposes, it’s not the original case.
