I use premium quality cardboard mailers to ship my records. I encase the records in clear vinyl protective outer sleeves reinforced by two cardboard inserts to safeguard the records in transit. I play all of my records at least once before grading. None of this grading by visual sighting only. Shipped by USPS Media Mail.
