Nice and tight with slight tears to the edges as the album slides out and some folds. The outer album sleeve is nice with some circular marks where other albums were rubbing the outer parts of this album and some edge wear. Some stains on the outer coverSome corner dings. I would say vinyl - NM/M or excellent, sleeves Very Good.
