Cardinal Inc Hand Painted Brown Kitchen Counter Table Drawer Teapot Decorative

Description: The sticker on the bottom says "Hand painted exclusively for Cardinal, Inc." but I suspect they mean the glaze was painted on because this piece is glazed, not painted. The teapon measures 8 inches from handle to spout, 4 inches tall without the lid, and 5 inches tall with the lid on, and 3.75 inches wide. The design looks like a kitchen table with a drawer, various kitchen utensils and food related shapes are on top. The lid looks like it has a tray with cheese, a pitcher, a bag of flour, and what could be either an icing pipe or maybe an odd shaped squash? On the teapot part there's a blue plate, a blue spoon, a wooden (looking) spatula, and something brown that I don't recognize (a meat tenderizer maybe?). In front there's a blue and white piece meant to look like a towel sticking out of the drawer shape. I have marked this as used because it's clearly been in someone's collection, but I doubt it's ever actually been used for tea - this is a decorative piece. Please see the photos as there are a few chips. I see one at the back corner on the handle side, one in front on the top edge above the drawer, one inside where the lid sits near the blue plate, there's a scuff ark on the flat edge of the top hole as well from moving the lid on and off. There is a spot that looks like a big chip in the underside of the lid, but the glaze covers the underside of it, so it appears to have been a defect from before it was even finished being made. There is one crack beside the tab on the lid. I have provided photos of each of these, please look. The lid does not fit securely on the teapot no matter how you turn it. There are several spots throughout where the glaze is not even and leaves white spots where the glaze is so thin you can see the ceramic underneath.
