The colored pencils appear to be mostly be new, however, I marked them as "used" as I cannot guarantee that any of them were never minimally utilized. The items may display some signs of manufacturer or other imperfections/scratches/scuffs/discoloration/blemishes/shelf or other wear/damage/stains/fading/bends/spots/marks/dings/scuffs/broken tips/etc...
