These items WERE found on the east coast of the United States , the Maryland area to be exact, and this is exactly the way I found it . I just opened the box to see what was inside and take pictures. these are brand spanking new never been used, a fantastic find, it would be a great gift for any car collector , or any collection that's for sure.
