Description: Canon ZR60 MiniDV Camcorder Batteries, Bag, Remote - Turns On, Tape Opens - Read It powers on with a power cord I have for one of my other cameras. That is why I can't include the power cord. I don't have the charger for the batteries so I can't test to see if they hold a charge. Tape deck opens and closes fine, shown in picture. It won't show me anything on the screen or the lens so I don't think it will record but it might be able to play tapes. I have not tested the playback since I don't have a tape that is already recorded.
