Description: The Cambridge Caprice #300 Wine in Moonlight Blue is a beautiful piece of elegant, hand-blown glass. It was originally manufactured by the Cambridge Glass Company in Cambridge, Ohio between 1936 and 1953. Unlike molded Caprice, the pattern in the bowl of this piece was created using what is called an "optic block" during the glassblowing process. Note that these are hard to find and that they were specifically called "Wine" glasses by Cambridge when they went into production in 1936 even though they only hold 2 ounces and are far smaller than what most people consider a proper-size wine glass today.
