Description: This antique miniature oil lamp was made by the Plum & Atwood Mfg. Co. from Waterbury Conneticut and it was produced from the 1930's-1955. This miniature oil lamp is made from cast pressed metal that was painted in a lovely robins egg blue and it comes with it's original hand blown glass hurricane shade. The P&A Mfg. Co. called this lamp their Acorn Lamp which they produced from the 1930's up until 1955 when they lost their Mfg. plant due to hurricane Diane that flooded out their factory and ruined much of their equipment. This antique miniature oil lamp measures 7 1/8" tall with the shade by 2 7/8" wide and it is in "Excellent Condition" with no dings, no dents, no chips to the shade or cracks, no repairs, and only slight wear to the paint for the age of it.
