It is a text book of reference ©1892 in very good condition for its age of 132 years! This is a hardcover book with all pages intact. The cover is embossed with the title and a design. There is some wear to the edges and more to the corners and top and bottom of spine. From the front it still makes for a snazzy looking old book for a lawyer's collection of antiques. It's fascinating to see how things have changed since 1892. Some of the chapters are titled: Innkeepers, Master and Servant, Husband and Wife, Telegraph and Telephone Companies, Nuisances and many more. In the back are examples of business forms. There is tanning to the pages and the previous owners nameplate is on the inside cover. I could find no writing or tears.
