Description: I bought this at an estate sale of a life long logger in the Olympic Peninsula. I was told the slabs were salvaged 30 years ago from a large spruce that had died. The slab is 50x 28x 2 1/2 inches thick. The slabs were stored in a barn and do have some bug damage on the sides mostly and some cracks in the tops and reflected in the price. I had the slab professionally flattened on the top and finished all you need to do is add some metal legs. The top has some cracks but can be refinished. I can have the top sanded for you. Similar burls online sold from 1200-$4000 due to the size , figure and rarity.
