Description: This rare publication commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, treasury Department in 1862-1962. The book is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts of world publications, coins, and paper money. It provides a fascinating insight into the history of the bureau and the development of US currency over the years. The book is a valuable addition to any collection and is a true gem for those interested in the history of US currency. With its detailed information and rare insights, it is sure to be a conversation starter and a valuable resource for years to come. This book comes from my father's estate. It appears to be un-read as the binding is very tight. There are a couple of engravings in the book including one of Abraham Lincoln as appears on the $5 bill. This book has re-sold in excess of $100 many times. One with severe cover damage recently sold on eBay for $30. The only mark I could find anywhere on or in this book is on the outside back cover of the book. It is small and can be seen in the picture provided. I have been an eBay user for over 25 years. If you find the same item for less including shipping, please let me know and I will beat their price. Let me know if you have any questions. Book will be shipped via Media Mail in the Continental US only.
