This Pen features Bugs Bunny holding a carrot in one hand and a sign that reads, "What's Up Doc" in the other hand. The pen no longer has any ink. The arms move up and down when the Pen is pressed down. The sign will go up and the carrot will go down, or the carrot will go up and the sign will go down.The ears does swivel too but not when the pen is pressed down.Pen measures 6" Please see my photos of the 2001 Bugs Bunny Pen (no longer has ink) to see the condition of it.
