Description: BT-60 Baffle set for Estes model rocket kits laser cut ply - eliminates the need for wadding! Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS First Class. This is a pair of laser-cut plywood Baffles designed to fit inside a BT-60 coupler tube for building ejection baffles. Included are two flat bulkheads precision cut form 1/8" baltic birch plywood with different hole patterns. These are to be glued at each end of a coupler affixed about halfway in your rocket's body tube. This baffle slows ejection gasses fron the motor allowing them to cool before hitting the parachute. By not allowing the sparks from the ejection charge to have a direct path to your chute you can eliminate the need for wadding. I recommend you coat these with something flame resistant such as JB weld and only use with low-power motors. Fits Estes BT-60 tube couplers. Don't see the size centering ring you want?
