The sheet size is 5 1/2 X 8 1/2. It has an interior pocket, and 7 rings that open and close smoothly. It includes a zippered pocket, 3 dividers, business card holder, and a set of reminder labels. This is a great compact, flexible planner that holds a full year's sheets, a full inch more than regular size. This was invaluable to me when i was juggling family, school and work, but now that i'm retired i don't need something so comprehensive.
