Description: Up for auction is a really cool item I found at an estate sale. I purchased this at the childhood Long Island home of Thomas Gorman, who was a Yankees pitcher who pitched on two World Series-winning teams. This is a letter from the Brooklyn Dodgers organization dated Nov. 2, 1945, keeping in touch with Gorman about the possibility of playing baseball after the war. Signed by Harold G. Roettger, who was an assistant to the legendary Branch Rickey. Cool for any Dodgers or Yankees collector. See my other auctions. I'm happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. If you want me to combine shipping on multiple, please wait to pay and I'll send an invoice when you're finished bidding.
