Description: This is a rarity. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There looks to be a screw on the mirror that has been replaced. Not sure of the maker. The brass looks French to me. I’ve not seen or can find a stem done like this. So I have nothing to compare it to. It is 15” tall. The glass is 7 1/2” tall and 4 3/4” wide base.
