Description: This is NOT new, it has been used a few times - I have used it on my legs (bottom half only, knees and below). It's good for 300,000 zaps and I have probably only used a couple hundred of those zaps. It's very clean, I am very clean, and I have cleaned and sanitized it with alcohol wipes for a new user.
