HOWEVER, if you win MORE than 3 cards, you will be charged extra for bubble mailer shipping. This is because ebay only allows 3 or less toploaded cards in a plain white envelope. Please understand that the ebay tracked envelope system is imperfect. The tracking does not always update quickly, and packages could take a little longer to be delivered.
