It has been stored in the foam and never removed the foam around the edges of the flags. No breaks but you can see there are factory flaws in the paint. There is dust from being stored. I did put a battery in to test, see video, and will leave it for you. On the back is a switch that you can turn off if you don't want to hear it play. When the switch is turned on it will play the music and open the door with Santa on every hour. What you see is what you will receive. You can see it is fully funtional, the clock keeps time but I can't say if it runs slow or fast but it seemed to work fine.
