It sits onto of it. The bottom of the box and soaps are sealed with a clear plastic wrap and have not been removed or used. The soaps are a white color with the La Florentina Branding or crest on the top. We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
