It is in very good condition except for front cover, bottom right and water stain in first page (see photo). Also, a very small stain on back of front cover and first page. There are no tears, wrinkles or marks and no unusual odors except book smell. The book’s pages have never been flattened. It is very interesting and has a lot of actual photos taken at the time. It is very comprehensive about the Titanic, from being built, the passengers, the sinking and the discovery!!! You won’t be disappointed, that is for sure!
