The injection-molded UV transparent seamless chamber is made from thick acrylic making it durable and leakproof while the lid fits securely in place and can easily be removed. All of Walters electrophoresis units feature adjustable leveling feet, recessed electrical wires, and a safety stop that prevents the gel from running when the cover is not securely fitted. Each casting tray with embossed gel ruler can be easily removed from the base and includes rubber end caps for added convenience and prevention of leaks. The EL-200P allows two 7x7cm electrophoresis gel trays to run simultaneously on one apparatus. Runs up to 16 samples per gel.
