Hinoki Cypress Chamaecyparis obtusa is a species of cypress native to central Japan in East Asia, Wire trained, this tree is 15 years old, grown from a select cutting, It stands 12” tall from the bottom of the pots feet to the trees top. Good curving trunk with taper and a full, healthy canopy. It’s planted in a quality Chinese unglazed pot with Chop Mark. It measures 5 1/4” hexagon shape and measures 2 7/8” from the pots lip to the base of the feet. I have tended this tree from its beginnings, as a cutting from its parent tree. Like all bonsai the training never stops, it may have some training wires in place. Ships to U.S. 48 and Hawaii. Trees usually ship the day after payment is received, with the exception of holidays.
