When planting, use ½ cup HI-YIELD BONE & BLOOD MEAL per plant and mix thoroughly with soil around roots. Water thoroughly after planting. For established plants, use ½ cup per plant in early spring, just before buds sprout. Apply ¼ cup after blooms have passed and again in mid-summer. Carefully work into surface soil and water thoroughly. PANSIES, BULBS – GLADIOLUS, TULIP, CROCUS, DAFFODIL, ETC. When planting bulbs in beds, use 4 lbs. of HI-YIELD BONE & BLOOD MEAL per 100 sq. ft. of bed area. Mix thoroughly with soil in the bottom of bed before planting. For individual plants, place 2 tablespoons in the bottom of the planting hole and mix thoroughly with soil. Always water thoroughly after planting.
