It is new but there are some shelf wear from storage but look good. The bar measure around 25-7/8” grip to grip, around 10-5/8” rise and the clamp diameter is 7/8” and the grips is 7/8”. Please check all the photos. Found in an old warehouse full of bike stuffs from the 90s and older.
