If the part does not work please contact us prior to removing or returning the part. Some parts require programming, while others are 'plug and play'. 3. Are you in the UK? We are based in the UK and all our parts are shipped from our UK address 4. How can you sell genuine parts at these prices? We buy in baulk to be able to sell at the prices listed. 5. Are the parts in the original boxes? Many parts come in their original boxes. However the parts that don't are down to the parts being swapped at the Dealership and some parts don't have packaging. 6. How fast will I receive my order? We send out our parts within one working day of receipt of your order. Postage is free so sent by 2nd class Royal Mail or economy courier, which is approximately 5 days. We offer 1st class or next day by courier for the larger items. 7. How can I contact you? We can be contacted through ebay, email or telephone, but we prefer email. 8. How do I know that the part will fit my car? Every listing has a fitment link. However some parts can be more specific and require a vin/chassis number to confirm fitment. If your at all in doubt please send your vehicle details so we can check fitment. It is better to confirm at this stage rather than when you have received the item. We will gladly assist you with this confirmation. 9. Can you supply LHD as well as RHD parts? All our parts are UK sourced, so mainly Right Hand Drive fitment, however many parts fit both LHD and RHD. Our listing will advise if the part is for Left Hand Drive. 10. Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship worldwide through eBay's Global Shipping Programme or by courier. 11. Are your parts guaranteed? Our parts carry a 2 year warranty as long as the part has been fitted in accordance with the manufactures recommendation and has not been damaged through poor fitment, incorrect fitting or damage caused by another part that has failed. The original receipt is required and we will offer an exchange or refund depending on whether we have the correct part in stock. 12. Do you supply an VAT invoice All orders are shipped with the invoice. If you require a copy of the invoice we can supply this as long as it is within 7 days of the original order date.

Return policy details: We are happy to accept refunds, however we will not refund your shipping cost if the part you have ordered does not fit your car, as this is your mistake as we are always happy to help if you are unsure. We prefer to have the opportunity to advise of fitment, rather than the wrong part being sent. This will save time and money for both parties. Returns need to be sent back in the original BMW packaging there are sent to the buyer in(where applicable). If the returned item is not in the same packaging we are unable to accept the return. eBay's guide for returns(part 5) states the order needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received by the buyer, which includes the packaging.
